Monsoons!
Wow! We have had some great thunderstorms the last few days! Here is a picture of Griff and I sitting on the porch during one and two pictures of one storm on Sunday that knocked out our power for few hours. Griffie likes to watch the rain, but he is a little scared of the thunder.
It was raining so hard that we could not even see across the street! Of course, Griffie was sleeping during this one!

Great picture, Marita. I, too, am a little bit afraid of thunderstorms! Actually, it's more about the lightening for me! Always thought I would get "over" it when I grew up--not. I just continue to run for cover between lightening blasts when it storms--such a sissy! See ya soon. Pk =)
Thunderstorms ~ fun! When I was a child, my mom was determined to make sure I loved thunderstorms. Apparently my father feared them and she wanted me to be nothing like him! So she made every thunderstorm a celebration; we'd run around in the rain and thunder, splashing about, then come inside to dry off and have sweet treats. It worked ~ I LOVE thunderstorms to this day.
